U&K PRESENTS: FLAMES

We did start the fire, watched it burn everything and danced on the ashes until the sun came up in art quarter budapest. Offbeat noises were provided by Great Galactic Ghoul, Acideal, and Áron Fellegi.
GREAT GALACTIC GHOUL RADIO SHOW:

„Humanity can’t hold onto Earth forever. Maybe centuries after leaving their home planet, they might also leave themselves behind“ – Great Galactic Ghoul is a radioshow about past futures and post-human themes, where humanoid chatter is interrupted by outer-worldly noises and biomutant technos.

Radio show by Endre Cserna, Márk Tremmel és Áron Lődi on Lahmacun Radio.

U&K HETEK, FKSE:

With the help from our curator Lili Hitka, we have taken over one of the exhibition spaces of FKSE (Studio of Young Artists’ Association) for a month. During this time, we have worked on the third issue of our magazine, organized workshops, did radio shows and parties, and held movie screenings for anyone interested.
SECOND ISSUE: APPLICATION:

The darkness does not cede, it continues to descend until everything is conquered. In the second issue of the magazine, strange shapes float above black pages, deserted and lonely anthropomorphic figures shape into forms that prove: life can also spring in deadly soil. The best contributors, crazy 3D graphics, unpleasant utopias tell us stories about culture, politics and everyday life.
This is the Application issue of U&K Magazine.

FIRST ISSUE: VIOLENCE

The first issue of the magazine tries to fish with dynamite in the stale waters the Hungarian public life to break down everything that stood before, and in the empty vacuum of space, take the place it truly deserves. The first issue consist of works from the four OG U&K editors.
